We are a Not-for-Profit organisation committed to improve quality of life of deprived communities through integrated development approach. Our key thrusts are on Health & Wellness,Quality Education, Child care & development, WASH,Women Empowerment , Local Self-Governance and inclusion and Research & Techno Managerial Support. Satyamedha Development Foundation (SDF) was set up by a group of social philanthropists and development professionals having the shared vision of making the universe a better place. It believes Capacity building, Community leadership and Convergence as powerful instruments for catalysing advancement of people & communities. To us, People are always at the centre stage and stand first in all our development commitments. SDF is very young organisation on the path of development and gradually spreading its reach in different resource-scarce settings and geographies.
Our organization envisages people being the active actors and at the centrestage of development process. SDF exhibits an unwavering commitment to the needs of people and pledge to inspire and build the capacity of people to embrace change in their communities.Our actions are guided by our commitments to Excellence, Equity, Empathy and Empowerment. We are young organisation but vast diversified experience of our promoters at the grass roots in different states has provided stimulus to our endeavours.For me, the journey of two and a half decades in the nonprofit sector not only enriched my insights but also proved instrumental in setting up of Satyamedha Development Foundation. I find an opportunity to thank my associates, partners, freelancers and volunteers for their unconditional support in making this happen. We dream to see a brighter India with little efforts of ours and know that dreams will bear fruit soon as we are not alone. I am hopeful and confident that the same spirit will prevail all the way in the time to come and all those associated with organization will continue their wholehearted support in the same manner.
