She exhibited a real penchant for social work during her adolescence which made her come forward and stand with the weaker and the helpless. Fortunately, her journey went on with her involvement in social events and campaign while also managing regular household chores. She has great skills for programme management, data driven content development, Social media handling and knowledge management. She has the privilege to work in information and Public Relation Department of Bihar and also has exposure of working with leading newspaper in English vernacular. Her association with SDF has emboldened organizational efforts for knowledge management and mass media. She leads the domain of KM & Brand Promotion in the organization.
Sonali is adept in rolling out community level large programmes with experience of working in both rural and urban settings. She has contributed towards child care & development and improving health outcomes. She has obtained Masters in Social Work from Rabindra Bharati University. Her work for TB case finding and monitoring treatment adherence has brought her laurels several times. She is on the advisory board and extends support in programme planning and guide the operation team in rolling out field level interventions.
